Lost power to my furnace after a power line was pulled off the house by a tree. Called the morning after the line had been fixed and I found the problem. They were booked for 2 weeks but they care out late that same day. Found the problem within 10 minutes. They didn’t have the part on their truck but came back at 8am the next morning and installed it. Best $120 I’ve ever spent. I was expecting $250-$300. They didn’t try to sell me anything else or tell me I needed extra services. I WILL use them again in the future. Very professional!!

My furnace was not working, Megan took my call and sent Michael to my house to repair furnace, Michael repaired it in about a half hour. Thank You for quick response and professionalism. I highly recommend Lem-Aire Heating & Cooling. Thank You, Jim Hoffer

Atrocious service. Stated replacing a cracked heat exchanger would solve my lack of heat in my home. Heat exchanger was under warranty so I had them replace it to the tune of $700 dollars. Woke up on the middle of the night to a 30 degree house which is not ok when you have a 3 month old baby. Called them up again, Jim once again came out, stated that the pressure switches were bad, needed replace. approved the work, 273 dollars gone. Stayed at the house solo this time, boom, no heat over the night. Next up "Must be the board". Almost 1000 dollars and three weeks later I still had no heat. I would advise anyone to seek service elsewhere lest you fall victim to "one part at a time".

Let me begin with Lem-Aire Heating & Cooling LLC has been in business for 25 -years serving the community with honesty and integrity. In response to replacing the heat exchanger verses a new furnace; we understood that you wanted to go with the least expensive route. The Goodman Unit being 14 -years old, apparently had other issues, that we were unaware of in the beginning. We do hold high standards and this isn't our typical customer experience.
