  Two messages left on voicemail over the last two weeks requesting a quote for service after they were recommended by another contractor. No call back. Very poor customer service. Takes less than a minute to call back and say your booked or unavailable.

  They did the HVAC system for our builder in the Beacon Pointe community in Saratoga Springs in 2021. They did an excellent job, the home build was done on time, no delays whatsoever, even during covid. Professional install of HVAC system. No issues with the system so far. Very professional. Highly recommended.

  My furnace stopped heating. I called Legends, they had a guy at my place same day. Jed was super nice and friendly. Professional and knowledgeable. After a very quick diagnosis he found the problem and fixed it. If we ever have a problem with my furnace or A/C again they will be our first call. Would gladly refer Legends to anyone for their high quality work.
