  Legacy treated me with kindness and honesty from the beginning. Phil was incredibly responsive and took time from his evening to troubleshoot my issue on the phone and scheduled the appointment to fix my problem on a Saturday! He also checked my entire HVAC system to make sure there were no other potential issues. Phil was honest and handled the entire experience with integrity and grace where other companies have been less than honest in managing my HVAC concerns previously. The rates that Legacy gave me were also incredibly reasonable. Much lower than competitors. I was so grateful!

  Phil and his team are outstanding! Not only are they responsive, but they went out of there way to ensure our 100% satisfaction with their work. The team did not settle to "guess" what our HVAC problem was...they spent time diagnosing the issue and resolving the root cause.
