  They came and to fix my air unit which they said was the motor. As soon as they left it went back out and they told me they would be back the following Friday to look at it. They never returned they won’t respond to my calls called them off a different number and they said oh it got rescheduled for the following Friday. Well here it is the following Friday yet they never showed and yet again won’t respond to my phone calls. These people are cons and thief’s in my opinion. I’ll be contacting my lawyer Monday to start a suit against them. Steer clear of these crooks. Also they did some shady wiring while one technician can’t begging me to give him my extra set of tires off my truck. Very unprofessional

  You didn't leave your name, so I don't have the ability to look up invoices and notes on our end. I don't know the exact situation, what any reasoning was behind you being scheduled and rescheduled and calls not being answered, but I do know a couple of things without a doubt... We are not "cons and (thieves, btw)" though I respect your right to have whatever opinion you choose to. As to the last part of your review... if the picture is showing "shady wiring", just so you know, it is standard wiring for the ground on a universal condensor motor and the white plastic piece sticking up, is sticking up in order for it not to get caught in the fan blade, not just that but also for ease of access incase the fan rotation isn't set right! Last, but definitely not least... Asking if something is for sale, if you would be interested in selling or trying to "haggle" if something IS for sale... IS NOT asking for something to be given away!!! Though, I CAN see how your extra large ego and "better than thou" attitude could cause you to perceive such a sitation differently.

  Had them come out to check out heat and air. Duct work was messed up. They said the did a temporary repair and had to craft the parts to fix it correctly. Said it would take a few weeks. After almost a month no show even after I called and was told they would be here in about another week. We called over and over with no answer. When we finally got an answer the girl that answered said she would check on it anf call back. Guess what no call back. Then we called again over and over. Finally got an answer from the same girl. She told my husband that they could not help us and that he should just do it ourselves. Wow. How professional was that. I will never use this business again. And I don’t recommend anyone else does either.

  Whether it was not having the hands to do the job in a timely manner or the fact that for months now we have had a VERY hard time getting our duct orders fulfilled, I don't know. I'm not going to say it was either of those reasons because I can't recall this exact situation on our end. But, there are always two sides to every story and I do know we are just human and occasionally we are just as dissatisfied with certain customers as some customers can get about something we have done or have not gotten done in their time frame... Thank you for your review! When we do get the chance to check them we enjoy responding to all reviews, not just the good ones! Critisism and complaints are building blocks for change and improvement.
