  There is no option for negative stars.Theeir bid was 175 more than their competitors so I had to pay a 60 dollar service charge after the woman at their answering service said It was a free estimate .I spoke to the manager he said the company would go broke if they gave free estimate on repairs. What about the home owner who is getting ripped office by over charging or having to pay service call fees trying to get more than one estimate .If I accepted their bid I would have paid 170 dollars more for the same exact work another company would have done for 305 dollars for the whole job .totally ripping people off
