  We had a new house built and we used Lee Heating and Air. HVAC guys and their service was great. HOWEVER they also did our PLUMBING and that was, and has been a nightmare. We have been living in our house for 4 months, still can’t use our shower or dishwasher because they installed the dishwasher hose wrong. The upstairs shower has a 28 in crack in it from where the guy that installed it broke it. They fired this employee because he didn’t do anything right but no one told us about the shower/tub. We found it on our own and they assured it would be fixed. 4 months and they still have yet to repair it. The plumber is the son of the Buisness owner and just seems to be able to get away with doing whatever he wants, and he wants to do nothing. We have called dozens of times and still nothing. Keep getting excuses and the runaround. Do NOT use this Buisness. They did fine HVAC work but their costumer service and costumer care is a joke and they don’t care about doing what’s right for there costumers.

  Great quality of people and products. The service men are respectful, knowledgeable and honest. Lee Heating & Air Conditioning Inc is the only company that we will call for our repairs.

  When I bought my Oakwood duplex in 9/2000, I chose Lee H&AC to install a new gas pack for the 1st floor & a heat pump on the 2nd in my two- story unit..AND..a gas pack for the one-story rental unit. Ever since, I've chosen Lee for all the annual maintenance check-ups, & also to install updated gas pack thermostats...the 2nd just in January. The ladies who run the office make every phone contact cheerful & helpful. 2/17/21.
