  We have used Leadens for commercial cleaning services for a 60,000 sq. ft. multi-tenant office space & can't say enough positive comments about their team, professionalism and quick response to any concern. Our tenants especially appreciate that they use Green Seal Certified products with no harsh chemicals. Their business is straight forward with no hidden costs. We highly recommend Leadens Building Maintenance hands down.

  Leadens is a professional and personal cleaning business that we have been using for years for multiple businesses. If you need additional cleaning they are immediate in their responses and willing to fit it in. If there is any little thing that needs to be improved they are on it! They even called on a Saturday to check on a package we were expecting that was perishable to make sure it wasn't sitting in the hallway. Over and above what we expected!

  Currently, NAU Country Insurance has Leadens cleaning all areas of our building daily along with cleaning the carpets and tile for MANY years. The staff are great to work with and when COVID hit, they were right there with a revised cleaning plan that used specific cleaning products that addressed all the COVID concerns. About 6 months ago we had a water pipe leak through the walls and into our Print Center. We called Leadens and they came out and took care of extracting the water and drying out the carpet. They arranged their schedule to work over the weekend so that this area was taken care of before Monday. Any issue or concern we have had with cleaning, they addressed it right away. We are frequently approached from other cleaning companies to service our building, but we feel there is loyalty both ways-and have not had a reason to change.
