  I called them in for a water line leak. The guy showed up then said he had to go help a coworker and would be back. No sooner than he left I got a call from the office they would not be coming back to fix it. So not only did they waste my time but I had to start over finding someone to come fix my water leak as I had to turn the water off at the main line, so had been without water since 5pm the night before.
