  My better half called them to request a quote on setting up bi-annual service to inspect and replace filter and repair any necessary items since it has a 10 yr warranty. She was quoted $100 for each trip, she asked if that included the cost of the filter or is that separate. She was advised that it was included. We decided to have the service set up. The technician came out as per the appointment. The technician had no clue what he was out there for and was informed it was for bi-annual inspection and filter replacement. The technician performed the services and was on his way. We get a bill a few days later and the bill is for $150 and some change. My other half called them back and spoke with a male employee and advised him of the situation. He said that we were quoted incorrectly by a temp and she had no business quoting to customers. He said he would take $10 off the bill but would not honor the quote. I totally understand that he is in business to make money. I am not concerned one bit about the $50 over and above. It's the principle of the matter that he would not even consider honoring the quote. I feel this is very unprofessional and we will not be using his services ever again. Oh and by the way this is after we purchased a new a/c installed in our personal home and a new furnace and a/c installed in one of our rental homes. Sorry but this is not good business for returning customers.

  Josh Layton came highly recommended, and he did not disappoint. He is extremely professional to deal with. He has sent over both Grant and Zach who went above and beyond to make sure our ac was working again. They worked quickly and were able to fix the problem with minimal cost. My family is thankful to have such a reliable company locally to count on when needed.

  I solicited 5 quotes prior to selecting Layton’s to replace two HVAC systems in our home. Josh and his team are professional and personable. Customer service is world class and they truly went out of their way to take care of us. I called them due to a recommendation from someone who was familiar with their work. I highly recommend you do the same. If I could give them 6 stars I definitely would.
