Im not one to write bad reviews but unfortunetly when you get treated poorly enough you realize it can help save others the hassle and hopefully motivate a business to try harder. I have a young family with 3 daughters including a new born all under 4 years old. Having heat in our home is a must. Our heater would continually shut off and not re light so I set an appointment with larsons to come FIX our furnace. I was told when I called that it was 70$ diag but would be waived if I did the repair. The service tech came out and was on the furnace for 10 min, in my home 15 min total. I have it on our sec camera. He wrote me a bill for 160$ and said he cleaned the gas tubes and it works great. I was a little confused with the price given how quick it was and that It didn’t seem to match what was happening given my professional background, BUT the furnace was working so I didn’t complain. We needed heat desperately so that was ok. Well 2 hours later in the evening it shuts down and does the same thing. We had a long cold night with 4 of us in the same bed. I called and they came back out the next day to “FIX” the furnace again. The tech came out did the correct testing, and found that the gas pressure was low & furnace temp was getting extremely high and was over heating from coil blockage Causing the furnace to lock out. He gave me a 250$ additional price on top of what I had already paid, still without complaint I said ok when can you do it, he said he couldn’t help me for a week. Super frustrating! So I called back very respectfully explained the situation with my frustrations about the tech and misunderstandings with the front desk and simply asked for help. I NEVER asked for anything for free as I understand people make mistakes, just wanted things made right and a working furnace. I was told the owner was the only one that could help and couldn’t call me back until after the weekend when he had time to review the situation notes. Here we are 5 days later still haven’t heard from anyone. My young family has had a long cold weekend that ended up us having to move in with a relative until I can get an appointment elsewhere to have my furnace fixed. Hopefully my pipes don’t freeze. Pretty sad in my opinion that a business is willing to let this happen. We are out 160$, cold miserable children and a broken furnace. Lesson well learned for me. Pick your furnace repair wisely.

I have been very impressed with Larsen Heating and Air. They came out to our home to do two furnace tune-ups. The technician showed up on time and was very courteous and explained everything that he saw that might need some attention. After the tune-up we had a small issue related to the tune-up/repair that was done. I called the next morning and they had someone out within two hours. He discovered that a sensor was a little dirty so he cleaned it up and it works great. Larsen Heating and Air will be my go to company for now on.

They did an excellent job. The fan on our furnace unit stopped working, therefore our AC stopped working. He gave us all of our options and let us choose what would work best for us. We opted for a new furnace unit since ours was almost 15 years old. The installation was professional and timely. We will definitely use them again.
