  I am in the estimate phase so far, but I'm impressed that they respond well on the phone and have come by to examine the existing furnace that needs replaced. Seem competent and efficient.

  We hired Lane plumbing to install a $20,000 air conditioning system in our home. In less than a year the system was not working properly. We called Lane and they came to the house and charged us for a service call. They told us they no longer sold the unit and could not help. They suggested an outside vendor who fixed the problem. Lane's service is horrific, they do not stand behind their work product, do not walk away from them, run as fast as you can.

  Great service , quick and exceptional execution by the employee ( young kid ) . I was skeptical at first as the plumber looked so young and inexperienced , he ended up being extremely professional , quick , service oriented , and fixed that leak in the vanity at my A frame in West Dover with someone who has 30 years experience . Price was very reasonable too . That kid deserves all the credits and a pay raise as he is the future of that company !
