  I signed a bid for and HVAC replacement. They cashed the downpayment check and refused to do the work after 100s of phone calls over two months without having heat. They told me several lies about when they will install it, that they had it ready to go, etc. I later found out from a technician that they never even ordered the unit and that the owner Barbara Page filed for bankruptcy earlier in the year. They won't answer or return my calls. BEWARE, don't be the next customer scammed.

  My family has been using The Lane Company for years, here in Bloomington Normal Illinois. They have an honest crew that will take care of you right, and not jack the price up depending on the season and availability for air conditioning or heat here in central IL. Troy came today to perform a maintenance check on my air conditioner. It's great to be able to lead into the season, knowing what to expect with your home. He was super friendly and knowledable. Great with my kid and dog, he definitely represented The Lane Company perfectly. Professional with a great attitude and I felt very confident we were well taken care of. Highly recommended - call them 1st, you won't be disappointed.

  I could not find a company to come out and look at our blockage in our mobile home pipes. We called Lane company they had someone out the next day. Scott came out and he was very professional and educated us on ways to prevent this problem in the future. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!
