  My furnace went out on a Monday, I called Lammers within a day they were out to check it, fixed it the very next day. Explained everything, very neat job and professional. Would def recommend to anyone with heating or cooling needs!

  I am a contractor. I do a completely different line of work, but I have a ton of experience with in-home contractors. Because of this experience, I ALWAYS get multiple bids. This is a top flight company. You need to have them come give you an estimate. They 100% know how to treat their customers. Excellent value and honest opinions from these folks. Very clearly a family owned business. I had AireServe come out and they were, almost, 100% more for a replacement furnace. ($6k+ vs $3500) Nearly, double the price. But nothing was being skimped on. AirServe was also 100% more to repair the furnace. (nearly $1k vs $500) Lammers also had the better workmanship warranty. AirServe wanted to offer a 30day workmanship warranty. Which, literally, means if they screw up the install but it doesn't cause a problem for 31 or more days, they will tell me it's my problem to deal with. I feel like a company should be more confident in their installers ability to install their products in such a way that they can offer a longer warranty. Lammers offered a 2yr warranty which I found to be much more reasonable.

  After another company told me that I needed a whole new furnace to replace my 14 year old Payne, I called Lammers for a second opinion. When David from Lammers showed up, within minutes he had inspected the unit, found the issue was under warranty, given me a very reasonable estimate, and adjusted the unit to keep the heat on for a few days until the parts arrived. Today my teenage furnace is rebuilt and running strong again. David was very friendly and showed me what parts were being replaced and why. He knew his stuff and went above and beyond to provide a repair that will last. The final price was under estimate, and the customer service they provide is just outstanding. I can't even say how much I appreciate and respect companies that do business this way. I'll definitely only be calling them for HVAC service in the future (because calling them this week saved me over $3,000!)
