  I took my window unit in for repair. They were honest and did not overcharge. I would definetly use them again.

  Waited all day on them to call to come out and they called me at 6pm to tell me they couldn’t come and probably wouldn’t until next Friday. I could have called someone else had they just been up front with me but now I have to wait through the weekend to get another tech out. Poor way to conduct business and poor customer service.
