Over the years I have used Lambert to perform routine inspections and maintenance on my 45 year old original HVAC system. When it finally went out I called them first for an estimate on a new system. I also had an estimated from another company that my neighbors were very happy with. Alan was very professional in answering my questions and giving me advice. I awarded them the contract based on professionalism, brand used (Amana) and cost,. His crew showed up on time every day, were very clean in their daily work, addressed new issues related to the very old unit without any issues and completed the work in just a few days. Alan stopped by daily to check in and personally inspected much of the work. I would highly recommend them for any job large or small.

The team at Lambert is helpful, experienced, and trustworthy. Most of us know very little about our HVAC system (at least I do) and they take the time to ensure you understand the issues and what options you have to get things running again. Can not recomend highly enough!

Lambert Heating and Air have a very reliable team.  They are very honest and always think around the problem to come up with the best solution, not just to get the job done.  Our house has an open ceiling. They still came up with a way to install the ducting inside the house, but still hiding the ducting.

They arrived at a non scheduled day and time even though I had told them i was unavailable. The home owner was very upset because she had her fathers bday to go to and she could not leave because them showing up. I will never deal with a company that is so unprofessional like this. I will advise all my clients and friends not to use this company.. To the response from Alan, yes it is good to help customers in need. But if the customer has no idea you are showing up, it takes a little courtesy for the to know. Your tech callef me and left a message saying he was available if i wanted him to come by. I was busy working and did not reply. So why did he show knowing that i cancelled that day because it did not work for us? That is what we call unprofessional.  Without our permission, you just do not shiw up.

Manual was on time, very courteous and friendly. He did regular maintenance on our 9 year old system that Lambert installed. He took the time to solve a small problem that had been bugging. It runs beautifully. Highly recommend Lambert.
