  I have lived in Lakewood, Ohio for only three years. However I have owned 4 homes in my life. With extensive experience with HVAC companies, I can say without reservation, Lakewood Furnance has treated me like I am a valued family member. Joe the owner came to the home, we spoke extensively regarding options for Central air, great price ( I shopped them with competitors) right on time and their install team were great on communication. I highly recommend you call them for a quote. Some might be a few bucks cheaper but you will learn quickly , that cheapest is not best. And how it’s installed makes a huge difference. I have no affiliation with Lakewood furnace other than being lucky enough to have chosen them! Please make sure you include them in your search for the best overall price & SERVICE!!

  Although today it is difficult to find high quality personal service, if you call Lakewood Furnace Company, this is what you will receive. A real live person, Renee answers the phone. She is pleasant, friendly and helpful. I was in need of immediate service for a complicated issue, and I was able to speak directly to Joe, the owner of the company. He recognized my problem and worked quickly to resolve the matter. Joe stated that he was a consumer too, and he understood how customers wanted to be treated. Cliff, the experienced, talented technician who diagnosed and repaired the furnace malfunction was attentive to detail and answered all my questions in a way I could understand. I have been a customer of Lakewood Furnace since 2010, and highly recommend contacting them heating and cooling needs.

  They have very knowledgeable service technicians working there. Had our furnace issue diagnosed & quickly fixed and saved us thousands. Another company said we needed a new one & did some bogus meter test on it , turned out to be a very inexpensive part . Honest work & honest people there 👍🏻
