  We have had Lakes come out to help troubleshoot and repair our complicated heating and cooling system for our 11-room bed and breakfast. They sent Louie, who was exceptionally competent, very professional and thorough in his work. We appreciate working with him!

  In an area where it can be difficult to find an appliance repairman to come in a remotely timely fashion, this was a breath of fresh air. I called first thing in the morning for our A/C leaking and they were able to fit me in just a couple hours later. When I have been used to hearing “early next week” this was a reason to celebrate! Jesse was friendly, professional and efficient. Highly recommend!

  This is literally the ONLY place that would help me out in the area. My furnace ignitor went bad and all I wanted was replacement part, not a service call. I called, and quite literally, every single place in the area. Nobody would help. Not only would they not help, they were rude about it. I was getting stressed out because It's winter time and an ignitor is a must to keep from freezing. I finally called these guys. The gentleman told me he'd search around for me and he'd call me back. 10 mins he called back and said he found a replacement part and was willing to sell it to me. These guys are amazing to deal with and they made me a lifelong customer. Thanks guys!
