  Although I ended up using another contractor, I want to state how professional and responsive Jacob was during our interactions. He provided me with all necessary information that I asked for and even did extra research on my behalf as part of the bidding process. I see why he has such high reviews. I will definitely be keeping him in mind for the future.

  My heat went out at the first cold snap in Orange county. I called many service companies and Jakob was the only one to pickup the phone. The other companies did call back but stated they had no ability until next year to send anyone over. Jakob came over the same day! He was able to squeeze me in. He is very intelligent, knowledgeable and methodical when it comes to debugging issues. My Carrier system is new and there are many bells and whistles and methodically he eliminated reasons for the system to working properly. All the time communicating with about his thoughts and why he did things in the order in which he did them. Eventually he figured out my issue and solved the heat not working well. I've met many HVAC technicians in my 60 years and Jakob is at the top of the heap in terms of professionalism, responsiveness and knowledge.
