  We have used Lafferty twice in the last few years for maintenance and minor repairs and found them honest, efficient and reasonable. With their help our 27 year old furnace keeps on humming with very little upkeep.

  Peter was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He determined I didn't have the problem I thought I had (a compromised vent). He did vacuum out the vent as well as the HVAC system outside and cleaned the duct cover. I had a lot of questions which he answered and I gained knowledge about my HVAC system. Didn't give a full 5 stars because there was a waiting time for the company to return my call and for the actual appointment date.
