  Laconia Residential was very accommodating to my needs! Purchased a new home and was told it had central air, but couldn’t get it running! Laconia came to my rescue! Not only did they replace some duct work that needed fixing, but they got me up and running! Couldn’t thank them enough! Their techs were personable, knowledgeable, and respectful! Answered all my questions and even explains some things so I knew how they worked!

  I contacted Laconia Residential twice. I decided to call them after the individual suggested by a neighbor never set a time to come by. I specifically contacted Laconia Residential due to their web presence and advertising that reached me. I told the receptionist that if I didn't get a call back I would have to write this review. It has been a month since the call and I also submitted a request for service two weeks ago through the website. Certainly not impressed.

  Laconia Residential has very knowledgable staff who put their heads together to come up with the best solution for my HVAC problem (while at the same time saving me money!). Highly recommend them to anyone in the Lakes Region. A++
