This is a small family run business. They are professional, kind and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to fix a problem that I wasn't even aware of that happened under my home warranty company. The employees are very knowledgeable, on time and did a great job. I have used multiple hvac companies in the past and they are the best hands down. You will not be disappointed.

We had a great experience with L & M. Our furnace needed a major repair and they did a great job and a very reasonable price. They also moved an air vent for us. Was also great work at a very reasonable price. We signed up for their annual plan as a result.
