  L and M completed an inspection for the home I purchased. They fixed everything. They also noticed there were issues with the heating system. They repaired the heating system at no charge. They also have an annual maintenance contract for our ac and they are so nice and so knowledgeable about the ac and heating systems in our home. They are a family run business—the best kind of business—and they all get along. Great company!

  Rick is honest, professional and a pleasure to work with. He never tries to upsell and has actually saved me money over the years. Recently we hired L&M to install a mini-split in our home office and are very pleased with the results. I highly recommend L&M Home Comfort for your HVAC needs.

  Over the years and multiple homes, I have used several HVAC companies. We have been blessed to come across L&M Home Comfort Systems. Rick and Sean have been nothing but great in servicing my HVAC needs. Their Honesty, Integrity, and overall professionalism have been nothing more than Top Notch! If we could post 6 Stars, we would in a heartbeat.
