  We have used Kwik Serv Plumbing several times at this point, and they are our go-to place when we have a plumbing concern. We’ve had several technicians - most recently Andrew - and they have all been professional, knowledgeable, polite, and really taken the time to not only do good work, but also to explain to us what needed to be done and why. They are not the cheapest option, but their reliability, responsiveness, and quality of work reflects the cost. Highly recommended!

  Kwik Serv was recommended through my home warranty company for a water heater repair. The team came out quickly for evaluation and it was determined that my best option was for a full replacement of the heater. Ashley was great at discussing my options, price differences, pros/cons of tank vs tankless, etc. She was very friendly and easy to communicate with, despite my many stupid questions! She was also quick to return emails/phone calls and was good with following up when I was contemplating my choices. Josh and his team did a wonderful job with the installation of the new tankless heater. It was a lengthy process but they worked efficiently and were respectful of my home, including sweeping the basement after they were through. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience through Kwik Serv and would recommend them to anybody needing plumbing services.

  Kwik Serv Plumbing's technician was excellent. After years of not being able to use my whirlpool/bathtub, the technician identified the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes at a reasonable price. They saved me thousands of dollars of replacing our tub. Thank you!
