  Our furnace stopped blowing warm air and quit. The temperatures were cold and I was concerned about anyone being able to repair the furnace before we got too cold. After one call Kuhn not only schedule me at 8:00 am the next morning but brought space heaters for us to make it through the night. The technicians were polite, professional and diagnosed and fixed the problem on the spot. They offered me options and extended service plans without being the least pushy. I asked questions, they answered and allowed me to make the decision. Definitely would use them again!

  Daryl provided great customer service and provided continuous communication regarding my HVAC needs. He did not rush but wanted to ensure everything was running great before he left. I really appreciated the detail service. Great to see this level of service .
