Kuenster has been our family plumber and furnace fixers since the day they opened their business. Always feel like they give an honest assessment of the problem and are willing to give options when we ask. The folks that come to the house are always polite and courteous. Very professional. Highly recommend.

The only reason I am giving them 1 star is because of the technician, Tom. He was awesome! Thanks Tom! However, the person answering the phone, Heather, is extremely rude and condescending. It is almost impossible to talk to her. She threw a fit on the phone. Tom, keep up the great work!

We’ve used Kuenster a few times before. They always do quality work and are pleasant to work with. However,  our most recent experience was upsetting. The quote I was given for a job to put our mini split heat pumps up on stands was $1,400, (and that was assuming difficulty working around a gas line which turned out to not be a factor because the gas line is no longer in use). I expressed doubts about that price and Kuenster offered to split the job into two different parts to help spread out the cost. I decided to move ahead with both at once to save costs on two different trips to our house. During the job the office administrator called and said the job was taking longer than initially thought and they asked if I wanted to proceed with continuing  the job on the second day, but did not tell me this would affect the quoted price. The final bill was $2,600, almost double the original quote. Kuesnter was unwilling to adjust their invoice in light of the information above.

Excellent communication, prompt and very friendly.  I would highly recommend them!

Fraudulent charging practices, did not honor estimates, price gouging,  poor quality, poor communication.  Would not recommend to anyone.

Sure enough, they were available to help us right away, they explained what was needed, gave us some options and went above and beyond to deliver.  I just got done giving this contact information to a client of mine because I have the utmost faith in Jeremy and his crew to satisfy my clients and exceed their expectations, within a reasonable time and at a fair price.
