  Came over to help my mother in law, fair prices, great service. Took care of my mother while she was alive for 20 + years. Does our inspect and repairs as well. Always fair, and does great work.

  I had an appointment today and did not answer the door right away due to not hearing the guy knock, so he left. Called him right as he left my driveway to apologize for not answering right away and let him know that I was there. As soon as I told him who I was, he hung up. Called back and he was nothing but rude to me. I understand having a busy schedule, but there is NO need to be rude and extremely unprofessional.

  Had an appointment set up with this person per our conversation the day before, when I got there I rang the door bell several times, I then knocked on the door several times as well, I then called her and there was no answer so I left a message, I waited at least 5 minutes before I left,

  Call experience was very unfriendly. The person who picked up the call was rude off the bat. Despite his manners, I was friendly and was trying to get information about when our furnance can be inspected. He just said hes busy until next couple months and hung up.

  Next time you call somebody on the phone speak clearly so they can understand you . You talked as if you had a bag of marbles in your mouth
