  I called and scheduled an appointment for Friday at 7 am. It's now 7:40 AM, I haven't had a call back and the office phone number just goes to voicemail. I understand that things come up or emergencies happen and the company can't pull plumbers out of thin air but I'd have appreciated a call if that were the case. Edit: as the company's response says they don't see my call on their system, here it is, with the number listed for them on Google.

  I recently had an issue with my furnace and was in need of a repair over the weekend. When I contacted Kruck they were able to send someone out right away. I was impressed with how quickly they responded and were able to fix the issue. The team was very helpful and easy to work with!
