  Five days after my former oil burner service associated with my oil delivery did annual maintenance and was suppose to address a problem, my system failed. Their answering service did not answer and their mailbox was full. After several hours of trying to reach them I fortunately located KRT oil burner service. Mr Thompson was at my home in less than an hour and repaired my system very professionally and quickly. He also gave me great advice and information about my system. I highly recommend him. His price was reasonable,too.

  Had him come by three times and charge me $800 for oil burner issue and it still didn't work correctly. I think it actually made the burner issue worse and created a safety problem. Then he stopped taking my calls. Another oil service provider came by and fixed it for $300. No issues since then. Terrible customer service. I'd give no stars if I could.

  Very good customer service and they have reasonable prices.
