  My husband and I built our home with Kriser and the beginning of the process was great, however…due to NUMEROUS personnel changes (if that tells you anything about this company) they are unresponsive and full of excuses. We still have everything on our punch list still not addressed 4 months after moving in. Do not recommend.

  Ryan Kriser has always done right by me and mine. I love our home and I hope to remain renting form him. He has always showed up to fix anything wrong with our home within reasonable time and has always been very friendly. I would recommend renting form him.

  Rented a house in 2017 they call me after moving and told me I owed the like $300's but no big deal went right up there and paid them done! But today 4 years later I get a call from a lawyer stating I still owed them!!! No big deal let me call them and it will be all resolved!!! Well guess what everyone is new now so instead of working this out they just want me to pay it again!!! What a rip off !!!!! so long story short keep proof of every transaction you do with them for a very long time or they will just make you pay it again!!!! How are these people still in business!!! I did my part reported the to BBB and the Attorney General! HOPE THE HAVE FUN WITH THAT!!!!!
