  What a relief, and pleasure, to wake up to a warm house this morning. We've had furnace issues since, literally, the day we moved in, in 2017. We seemed to be rebuilding the furnace, with new parts, Every year. Then, another problem arose 2 days before Christmas! I couldn't believe it, yet I could. 2 weeks ago, I decided to try a new company, based on excellent reviews--Krane H&C. From the owner Jeff, techs Bryan and Darryl, office admin Courtney, to Bob and Charlie--who installed my new high efficiency furnace, yesterday--Everyone was so nice, very experienced, and accommodating. Thank you, Krane!!
