I recently had the good luck to be helped by Debbie in Customer Service. She is fabulous! I was considering signing up for a prepay plan and Debbie clearly and thoroughly explained the options and the differences between them. She was informed, with all relevant information at her fingertips. No hard sell. Like talking with a friend. That build my trust in the company and in the value of the plan. I spoke with Chris today. What a sweet individual. I needed oil and explained how I called over the weekend. I had problems with their answering service over the weekend. The representative who I first called was nice but 5 hours later when not getting a delivery or hearing from them I called again. I explained my dilemma and how nervous I was by not receiving oil since the weather was suppose to turn nasty. The second representative who answered was not friendly. She rose her voice to me and was very abrupt. She told me my oil would be okay and they could not guarantee a delivery. I was upset. Anyway, I called today and Chris was wonderful. She listened to me and said she would have had concerns like me too and the woman should have not been so rude. She told me the company is not like that and she apologized. She got on the ball and scheduled a delivery for today. I was disappointed with HOPS but now with Chris answering my call my feelings have changed. She is a great service representative and put my mind at ease.

We just had our annual furnace maintenance through KoscoHeritage. Our technician was Gerard. He was absolutely wonderful - service was neat, conscientious and thorough. We also have a small child who is interested in machines, and Gerard generously and patiently walked him through his work, turning a routine service call into a very happy educational episode for our kid. You don't expect to say "we had a great time" about furnace maintenance but - we had a great time. Thank you for everything, Gerard!
