So disappointed in this company!! Our thermostat had a message that it was time to have preventive maintenance done. I called and set an appointment. The morning of that day, they called an hour before to see if we would reschedule since it was extremely cold and they had customers without heat. I told them of course we would, and happy to do it. They offered an appointment the following Tuesday, I told them I was actually off on that Monday and she said that was fine, she would schedule for Monday at 10 am. I left a message before they opened on the Friday before telling them I could not be at home on Monday due to needing to babysit my granddaughter, I left another message five minutes later saying, never mind, they had figured out child care and I was no longer needed, I would see them on Monday. A lot happened over the weekend and I ended up not getting home until Monday at 1 am, however, I still got up and was ready for them to be there at 10. At 12:45, I finally called their office to see just when the tech would be arriving. I was told that they were not coming, my appointment had been rescheduled to Tuesday. I informed them that it was supposed to be Monday and Tuesday would not work. She then offered to reschedule to a different day. No apology, no nothing, just that she didn't know who moved it or why. I told her I would call her back if I decided to reschedule. So this morning (Tuesday), they called at 9:35 to let me know the tech was on his way. WHAT??? I told her I did not make an appointment for today and started to tell her nicely about what went on. She said 'Ma'am, I just called to tell you someone was on their way, I don't know anything about what happened with this.' Again, No Apology, just wanted to reschedule. Umm, NO. Now just for reference, when we had our system installed in 2017, they treated us very well. However, they have either really gone downhill, or they just don't care about you if they've already gotten your thousands of dollars.

I would definitely call Koppeis again with HVAC issues. They sent someone out right away. Kerick was great! He explained everything about mom's baseboard heating, found a thermostat replacement that was much like what she had so it would be more comfortable for her to use. Very personable service.
