  I am very pleased with this company and I will definitely be using them the next time I need work done. They arrived on time and were courteous; they treated me and my home with respect which was nice in these times. They took the time to answer any questions I had without making me feel like they were stupid. I must say I'm very happy with my new heater; it's working really well and all around they did a fantastic job.

  I rarely write reviews ,but this time I decided to write one. I called Kop's when I had a heat emergency, Steve returned my call as promised in the morning. They followed up with me and when we found out that a new furnace has to be installed, they came right on time, did a perfect job with a reasonable price. They explained everything with details and in a very professional manner. I am glad I have Kop's around the corner and I am planning to use them for my future Hvac services. My house is warm now. And by the way they left everything clean. Thank you for installing my furnace and AC unit today and for all the upgrades you performed.

  Steve Kops has serviced my rental properties for several years. Doing both electrical and heating service. He has proven reliable and reasonably priced whether I needed a minor repair or major upgrade. I completely recommend his contracting company
