  Ten years ago we purchased 3 residential Heat pumps and have had absolutely no problems. Eight years ago, we purchased a commercial unit that has had no problems since. On another commercial unit with a 40 year old heat pump, I called someone else first. *I let some bad online reviews influence me against my better judgement.* The other companies quoted inflated prices and unneeded parts. After finally calling Koolwave, they replace 3 capacitors. Two were bad and one was iffy. they also took apart and cleaned the unit and replace indoor filter for less than half the quoted price from the other guys. Also got quotes for total replacement and Koolwave came in at $1000 less than than the discounted price of the lowest competitions' price. Koolwave has my praise and thanks.

  I wanted to give a HUGE KUDOS and Thank you to Brady and his guys from Kool Wave Air Conditioning and Heating. They were fast, friendly and efficient when replacing our spilt unit with a whole new system. Brady got us in his schedule and got the house back to being nice an cool..10x better than it originally was. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND KOOL WAVE AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING TO EVERYONE. Thank You Brady.
