  I have had 2 very positive experiences with Koolray. First they added freon to my system that wasn't cooling enough then a few weeks later they discovered my main coil had a leak and needed replacing. The system was just 2 year old so the part cost was under warranty but I needed to pay $800 for labor and freon for the install. They came exactly at the agreed upon time both times, did professional work and explained what they were doing and why very well. The bill was exactly what they said it would be before they started work. No surprises at all. No pressure for added services but recommendations about routine maintenance. I will use Koolray again for sure. This is a nice small business being run by a caring staff and owners. I like doing business with this type of company, one that cares about each individual customer and their needs.

  With many options to choose from, my husband and I appreciated how Ray took the time to make sure we got what we wanted and the estimate was very reasonable. The office staff was always friendly and informative and we couldn't be happier. Great job! They were fast and clean as well as very professional. Will definitely do business again in the future!

  Kool Ray is by far the best ac company we have used in south Florida! They are always on time, respond to phone calls and texts, and go out of their way to make sure that they keep your home clean! They practice all the protocols for covid and have been such a pleasure to work with!! Definitely recommend them to everyone!!
