  If you're looking for the best HVAC company in the OIB/Sunset area stop your search. Kool Freeze LLC not only has one of the best owners, but the techs are top notch as well. I had an HVAC emergency and they came out same day - They explained the problem, and the solution and promised to follow up as quickly as possible. The owner is caring, knowledgeable and competent. You can also tell they care about their employees which is important for quality work. They made a terrible situation into something a little less terrible. I appreciate y'all!

  Right on time. Very polite and personable. The technician listened to me. I tried all the things I knew to do but my ac still wouldn't work. He can in and listened to what I tried and then went straight to the problem. He said things were covered by their warranty. Great experience and he charged a fair price.
