Our furnace went out, called in the morning, Bob was there in a few hours, not only replaced the part that needed replacing, but also replaced the filter and fixed the dents on the cover. Fast and exceptional service. I would highly recommend them!

Called for emergency assistance (furnace stopped working) at 10:40 PM using the 24 hour "emergency" line. NO response after 1.5 hours...and several calls back to answering service asking for updates on what was happening. Just kept hearing that answering service could not get a response from the company. Finally got a call at 7:15 AM next day from technician saying sorry I slept through your call. What do you need? I need a responsive dependable company. Needless to say they will NOT win my business.
