  If I could give 0 stars I would! When I initially called 2 months ago, I was told "he is out in the field and will return your call when he is back...in about 2 weeks". No call, so called back 2.5 weeks later, same message from the lady who answered the call. Waited another 2.5 weeks and still heard nothing, so called back again, same lady, same message. It has been 3 weeks since then and I have yet to get that returned phone call. I realize everyone is busy, but I was only inquiring on a tankless water heater and customer service and such a lack of acknowledgement is unacceptable in my books.

  Called both service numbers MULTIPLE times. Was in dire need of furnace repair due to a toddler in the house and it getting cold outside a nd them being the ONLY service team in the area. Never got a answer or a return call when the business opened. Not pleased at all.

  Well I’m quite pleased there is a lady working there she’s mighty fine she really helped me quite a lot she was so pleasant to be around and so very helpful to me bless her heart
