On January 8th, 2020, (my birthday) an employee by the name of Russell A. Kass swerved into my lane and hit my rental car, causing over $2,000 worth of damage. Both Mr. Kass & Kinlow heating are denying that the work vehicle is owned by either party, and thus are putting the responsibility of paying for damages off on each other. My trip to Jamaica was ruined as a result of my injuries, as well as my birthday. I hope no one ever supports this irresponsible business. They have no intentions of paying for the damage that their employee caused, leaving me stuck with a huge bill that is not my fault. Disgusting.

Short cycling issue. The guy tells me I needed another filter box and with out fixing anything, tells me that will be $104 dollars. Turns out my high efficiency furnace only needed the fresh air intake connected. Not good business .. I appreciate the quick response to my call.. but wish I could find inner city businesses minority owned doing a better job at their craft. I will never recommend or call Kinlow heating again. Lesson learned..

Our family business had the air conditioning units stolen. A friend referred us to Kinklow. Two years later, we have to have them repeatedly repaired and now replaced. We made many calls to the company when the air conditioners started not working properly. Excuses were made that the owner was sick. We have almost two hundred children in our building in the middle of summer with no air. Kinlow didn't care. We have now called someone else to replace the discontinued, outdated air conditioners that Kinlow sold us as top of the line while telling us that he was giving us a deal. Our insurance wouldn't cover the cost of the new air conditioners. I feel like Kinlow kicked us when we were down. We spent thousands of dollars for something that this company knew wouldn't work right.
