They respond quick. I like having their service plan. Sure saved me money Saturday when it wasn't a problem with my air conditioning unit but ended up being a bad breaker in my 200 amp breaker panel. Thank you Kingdom Air.

Called them to have them come give me a quote on replacing an outdoor AC unit. Quoted me at $10,000 for a single outside AC unit for a 1,000 sq ft home. That's way too much for just an AC unit. Had another company quote me half of that for both an outdoor AC unit and a furnace. Unless you have extremely deep pockets and don't mind overpaying by a lot I would avoid this company.

A $10,000 quote for an Air Conditioner only is indeed too high, and unless it would have been a new construction, required extensive ductwork, or would have been a special case which we can’t think of right now, we don’t see how we would have quoted that to you. In the last few years we have mostly switched to flat rate pricing, with our technicians quoting from a set of prices set for them in a sales book we develop. Typically we like to quote two to three options as well on a range of prices and efficiency. We would appreciate it if you could send us an E-mail on the contact form on our Website so we could get some more information on this. We would not have been able to stay in business for 32 years if we did not treat people the way we expect to be treated in return. Thank you for your review.

Once a year, we pay one fee (less than $150.00) for general maintenance every 6 months to our heating unit in the fall and to our cooling unit in the spring. If a part needs to be replaced during those maintenance checks, it is taken care of at that time. The maintenance people are always helpful and professional. They explain exactly what they have done and if they suggest replacing a part, they explain why and the cost (and what the cost might be if we don't replace the part when they suggest replacing it because it could cause more damage).
