Always does a great job for me.  Very knowledgeable, friendly, and fairly priced.  He even came out to my home late one Friday night when my AC wasn’t working and I had company coming over.  I definitely recommend Mr. King for all of your AC needs.

At 9:03 am on September 18,2018 I call Mr. King. I called because I have 2 vents leaking water Mr King and I need you to come out and diagose the problem and give me an estimate. Mr King said give me ypur address and I'll be there in 1 and 1/2 hours. A few hours pass no call no show.
Mr King show up at 1pm. Mr King never said who he was just that they were here to see the unit. King came with another guy who I later found out was his nephew.
King ask to see the inside unit. I toom him to the unit in the hallway. Next he ask to go in the attic. I took him to the attic entrance.
Next King get a phone call. No excuse me, he just answered the phone. It was a lady on the other end because I could hear her ask why they never showed up at her home. King says my nephew came no one was there. The lady replied she was there. King replies"I'll be there in 30 minutes". After this phone call he seemed more in a rush then when he came in.
Next King ask to see the outside unit. I took his nephew to the unit because King was still busy talking on the phone. After taking to the nephew to the outside unit, I come back around to the front ofbthe house and King ask me to take him to the unit. I point and said it on the side I just took your nephew to the unit.
After looking at the outside unit. King ask who installed it, I told him who installed it. King tells me call them to come back out because I would not have installed that unit in the house. I look at him confused! Next King says don't tell them I told you to call them. Again I'm confused!
King never gave and estimate. King never gave me a diagose on the problem. Just jumped in his truck. I said behind him Thank you for coming out. The nephew said do you want me to go back and close the attic door. King said yes. After closing the attic door the are now both in their truck without giving me any information that I called them about.
I want King to know, no matter how big or small the job is its business. Money is green and it spends everywhere. I only called King because he was local and wanted to support my community. I will never call you for Anything!!!
