  These guys were great. HVAC had an issue in the morning and couldn't cool the house anymore. KAS managed to come out the same day I called and got everything fixed up, gave on tips on upkeep/maintenance. Strongly recommend. Thanks guys.

  One of the least professional HVAC repairs Ive ever dealt with. Were very rude on the phone with myself and my district manager. Showed up after we were told it would be "a day or so" to get the documentation we reuired, then demanded setvice payment when they didnt even call to say they were coming, nor got out of their van when they did arrive.

  Mr. Tyson, Unfortunately you are not accurately recounting the facts of this call for service. First off all of the correspondence for the call for service was handled by your district manager. This included all need documentation and authorization to perform the service. Our office communication with the district manager was for us to come out. We promptly sent our next available technician to your call. When our technician arrived to your location you had someone else working on the unit and made a repair. It’s was at that time you said the issue was handled after our arrival. At no time were we canceled by you or anyone else prior to our arrival on-site . A service call was charged due to the fact we were never canceled until he was on-site and our service call policy was stated and understood by your manager.   King Air was very helpful and troubleshot an issue with my ac system. I initially thought my entire system would have to be replaced however, after they came out, it was discovered to be a single component that needed to be replaced. I was given clear and accurate expectations of the time to get my AC going again. There were no surprises. King Air was very professional in every interaction I have had with them. I will always use King Air for my AC issues.
