  Kimmel returned my call promptly. They sent me texts informing me of my appointment time and when they were in route to my home. They got my repair done fast and were very informative about what exactly they had done. They are sending me an invoice on my cell so that I can simply pay with my card. I am very impressed with them and highly recommend using this company. Anymore issues, I'm calling them without a doubt.

  They came out quickly after we called. Went over our system and recommended a few things that would help. They did the repairs and a couple modifications the next day. Pricing was more than fair. I highly recommend calling Kimmel for all your HVAC needs.

  Kimmel Mechanics has been our go-to HVAC repair for a couple of years now. Shaune was our repair man with his previous employer and we liked his integrity and thoroughness. Now with his own company, he has kept our unit running. At the point that expensive repairs were required, we ask about the pros and cons of repairs over a new unit. He provided us with pricing on repairs as well as 3 different units for comparison. We never felt any kind of pressure to go with a new unit. In the end, we did go with a new unit rather than invest in a 14 year old machine. Shaune's crew was professional, friendly, gave attention to detail, was respectful of our home and left the area cleaned up and in great shape. We have confidence in the Trane unit he installed and look forward to doing business with Kimmel Mechanics in the future...but hopefully not too soon!
