  Adam K. did a wonderful job for us! Friendly, kind, professional, competent...and didn't make fun of me for being really dumb about a thing. Lol! We have used Keystone for over 30 years. Have bought 2 furnace/air conditioners from them, and have always been thrilled with their service. Much luck, love, and success to them always.

  Had Keystone out for a furnace issue on 11-29-2021. Technician Jeremy arrive promptly and seemed very knowledgeable. Diagnosed problem quickly. A plugged drain tube which he cleared out. Now the bill. I was charged $95.00 for the service call. I accept that. I was charged $109.00 to clear a drain line. This charge was excessive. He spent more time typing out my bill on his iPad than clearing the drain line. Less than 20 minutes at my house and no parts were needed. This bill was excessive! Hire someone else!

  Mike was our technician, and what a great job he did! He arrived on time, serviced our furnace efficiently, clearly explained what he did and all with a very pleasant demeanor. We have had Keystone service our HVAC systems for over 25 years. The prices are reasonable, and the service is reliable. What more could we ask for?
