  We chose Key Homes for our custom build due to their reputation within the community for honesty and integrity, which is obvious from the moment you meet their team. Billy Doelker and his entire team are superb and provided a very positive building experience. Paul was our construction manager, with support from Courtney, who both oversaw most aspects of our build. They did a fantastic job. We've now been in our home just over 3 years and if I we're building again I would look no where else but Key Homes. - Jeff Stevens

Finely crafted and key homes work together hand in hand and we truly feel like we couldn’t have made a better decision in who we decided to partner up with in building our dream home.   The value of Key Homes speaks for itself. 3 years later, and I still love my new home built by Key Homes in Cedar Point Village. This is the 3rd home I've had built in a developed community, and it was by far the best experience. Billy's personal attention to detail and the responsiveness of his team made me realize how much they truly want to make sure that each client loves their home from the start of the decision making process to years after the house is finished. No buyer's remorse here! While I have no plans of selling, there is tremendous value in my opinion in a new home purchased from Key Homes, and I would do it again without hesitation.
