  I hope I have the right physical location! I wanted to especially shout out to Jo Ellen who was/is a very patient and knowledgeable representative there. She was always able to help me figure out solutions when my disability got in my way. I had a insurance agent in WI and now here in KY and I know they both were the reason why my coverage was solid and the best price. I mention the agent from WI to emphasize that having a personal agent is so much better than just going on line and shopping for the best price - and using a national agency. In this day and age of lawsuits and "every person for themselves" developing a good relationship is key. And its so much easier when you have someone as personable and patient as Jo Ellen. But I do, for sure, recommend the Farm Bureau for insurance pricing, as well. Thank you, it was a pleasure doing business - so great that I am using the Farm Bureau again in the state I am moving to.
