  Service was fine, just very dissatisfied with the installation charges. I heard the tech ask someone on the phone what to charge for the installation of a furnace part. The part price was covered under warranty. He responded to who ever he was talking to that it took about an hour tp go get the part and about an hour to install. Well he was here about a half hour total to remove and replace the part. So I didn't know part of the installation would be to pay the tech to go where ever to pick up the part. Anyway I was charged $175.00 for a half hour part replacement. I think that is way out of bounds. I won't be calling them back.

  Mr. Floore, I apologize you feel our pricing structure does not satisfy you. The Tech on site made a call to the manager to get a authorized discounted price since he was able to fix it quicker then the flat rate price of $220 labor charge for that repair. KCC always try to keep a fair price while covering all labor costs when only the parts are covered. Below for future reference, I have attached a guide on pricing updated 9/2021, industry average. KCC charged way below this average. Feel free to use home advisor as a resource for pricing guides on any projects or parts to ensure proper prices. Average Draft Inducer Motor Replacement Cost The average furnace inducer motor cost is around $245, when the part is under warranty and you pay only the labor to have it installed. The replacement cost is $465 when the warranty has expired and you pay for the furnace inducer motor. Sep 30, 2021

  He was here and out very quickly. I don’t know much about cleaning furnaces so I guess he cleaned and maintenanced it. He was very polite and professional and liked my dogs
