  My a/c stopped working on Friday afternoon so I contacted my warranty company and Kent's A/C was assigned to my job. He set up the appointment for Monday between 10-noon and arrived at 10:30. He checked over the air conditioner to determine what was wrong, took care of the problem. He was polite, I thought he was a nice person who handled my problem quickly. I hired him to be my a/c and heating system maintenance person.

  I was put into contact with this business through my home warranty company. The problem is the manual temp setting on the thermostat creeps up by itself without intervention. So, for example, if it's set at 72, it will creep up into the 80s. When Kent came to my door---maskless---I explained the issue, offered him a mask, then asked him to enter to check the thermostat. He declined, said he was going up on the roof. About 20 mins later he came to the door, said he cleaned the compressor and added freon. Whatever he did, didn't fix it. I tried calling him the next day---no response. I called the insurance company and found out he was charging them for parts. I've phoned him a couple of times since without response. Now I'm out $75. I believe this guy is dishonest, a cheater, a scammer. Wouldn't recommend him at all. I'll add that had an attitude at first encounter.

  Installed a brand new unit, left immediately without even testing it. Did not work for 1 week. He finally returned and “fixed it”. Failed after 3 days. We will see how long it works this time. Incredibly rude and inconsiderate human being, we kindly asked to remove his shoes or wear shoe covers that we were providing on our white carpets. He said no or he will leave. I have never seen or had such a terrible service provided. Very bad and rude person, that is clearly a novice and lacks attention to detail at their job. DO NOT ASK THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.
