  Ken came out and diagnosed my heating and air system , i had alot of techinical questions and he answered every single one of them wether it was about the compressor or the furnace inside, he pays attention to details that i have yet to see any other repairmen perform. he gave very useful tips on how to maintain and clean my outdoor unit and how to maintain my inside furnace and also have very useful information on why to keep my air filter clean. i feel he thoroughly knows any furnace inside and out and he proves it time and time again. he not only tells you whats wrong but why, where, what, and when the problem occurred and if i could prevent it or not my myself . we are all human so dont expect superman to fly in and fix it in 5 minutes . Ken has repaired my heating and air cond systems for yrs and i have asked him to work on my homes , one after the other as i bought and sold them through the decades when i call Ken i feel there will be no call backs unless he has to order a part which is beyond his control. he doesnt ignore a call and always calls back when he says he will. very professional , courteous and an all around nice guy to know to keep your house warm or cool depending on the season. he can take infrared camera photos and show how the heating system is working and show you the proof , you can better see it with infrared cameras also. He also keeps in to account of the weather outside and how it effects the system and the load on the furnace inside. please see photos below. I call Ken because i want it done right the first time everytime. 👍
