I have been waiting for two months for them to come replace my furnace. They won't answer the phone or call me back after I've left numerous messages. I do not recommend them. Not very professional. Still waiting. I don't know why this rating thing came up on my phone considering they have never done my job. Hopefully it means they are going to finally come and fix it.

We don’t work for you. We work for you landlord. He just approved the job this week.  Now you’re in line with the others that scheduled ahead of your landlord. We have nothing to do with your landlords decisions or timing. This is not on us.

The service tech was incredibly helpful and explained everything in detail so I could understand it.  If we need service in the future, we won't hesitate to call Kenny Adams Heating & Cooling again.

Kenny Adam's installed a complete Rudd HVAC system and custom ductwork system in my home July 2020. There was multible problems during the install. The installers Jarred and Shawn would start work at 9am and only work 1 hour then leave and not return until 3pm to only work another hour and quit for the day. This went on throughout the entire installation. After almost 2 weeks they finally finished the job and wanted to be paid without verifying system worked properly which I refused. Good thing I did because the system was all jacked up. Heres few things that went wrong,
1- AC/heat pump unit wasnt wired correctly and the compressor was over charged with freon causing unit not to produce cold air and run nonstop. 2- Ductwork was poorly designed which caused inconsistent air flow/temperature throughout my home and again AC unit ran nonstop. After coming out several times to make modifications to the ductwork they finally realized it needed larger size ductwork and additional supply ducts/vents to correct that problem. 3- Theromstat had to be replaced several times. 4- They damaged the exterior of my home while installing gas line/wiring for AC/heat pump. It took over 6 months and multible calls before the damage was repaired. In January 2021 started have more air supply problems so I contacted Kris Adam's and he said they would be out within a week to check it out. They never showed up and since then I have reached out multible times and never received a response. I also have a service contract where they suppose to service everything 2x per year which they haven't honored. I thought Kris Adam's was an honorable guy but I was wrong. I have been more than patient throughout this whole ordeal and now forced to pursue other actions.

Kenny Adams did a great job installing my heat pump/air handler in my half double...two complete systems for each half of my double. However, the heat pump unit on my side began to rattle and buzz...called the company MULTIPLE times...no response or call back. I finally got a call back that they would stop by to take a look at it...but I've never gotten an actual service call...they said they would be out. That was weeks ago. Called again today. They no longer seem to have anyone in the office taking calls...you're at the mercy of them finding time to call you back. I'm trying to be patient, but..........

I had a great experience with Kenny Adams Heating & Cooling. Mr. Adams himself came out to the house because we were having problems with our furnace and we decided to do a complete overhaul of the furnace as well as the outdoor AC unit. We’d never had to do either once since living in our house, but the equipment was old and it was time.

Jarrod and Shaun were out the next day to remove and install.  These gentlemen exhibited the absolute epitome of professionalism.  They explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions.  They had the utmost respect for my equipment, my property, and my time.

Kenny Adams has a very good competitively priced service plan that I have the utmost confidence in.  (Everything that they offer is competitively priced, in fact.)  I’m comfortable with trusting them for ALL of my heating and cooling needs in the future.

I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Kenny Adams Heating and Cooling in 2017.  I had received a total of five estimates and Kenny Adams had the best price and an extended warranty on parts and service.  I was especially pleased with the service when my system was installed by Jarrod.  He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient in answering my questions. He cares about the work he does and takes obvious pride in his work.  He left the work area spotless.  Jarrod has also given me tips on how to best care for my system.  The new furnace and air conditioner work very well.  They heat and cool my house evenly and my gas and electric costs have gone down because they are so efficient.

Jarrod has been my  technician  each time I receive my annual tune ups.  I appreciate the continuity of service and the quality of service that I receive from Kenny Adams Heating and Cooling.  I highly recommend this company.

When our air conditioning went out, Kenny came out and gave an estimate significantly lower than our other 2 estimates.  1 1/2 days later we had a new system.  The installers Jarrod and Shawn were awesome!  They were extremely professional, and fast. They took time to answer questions and explain anything I didn't understand.  They cleaned up and took the old system with them.  I would highly recommend to anyone looking for any HVAC work. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

After an extensive battle working with my home warranty company, I found Kenny Adams Heating and Cooling. Jarrod H, with Kenny Adams Heating & Cooling, had my unit back up and running in approximately 15 minutes. Jarrod was honest and proficient! After switching out a part, I was charged the initial service fee and nothing more. I am thankful I didn't have to continue the struggle with my home warranty company in order to get things fixed. It's nice knowing there are still honest people out there! Thank you, Jarrod!! It was a pleasure doing business with you and the company. I'll most definitely use you again for my future heating/cooling needs.

A word of warning for anyone in the Dayton-Springfield area, for God's sake don't use Kenny Adams Heating Our heat pump died in March. Now, at the end of June, we finally were able to have another contractor put in a new one. In the 90 degree heat this month, we've had to suffer because of Kenny Adam's inability to answer the phone and tell the insurance what they needed, or tell us what was going on. That's 3 months of delays! And, this is after they installed a unit that totally broke down every time we switched from heat to air or air to heat. They gave us no break on the cost of the new unit-unlike what we were promised-and when we dared ask for a breakdown of the estimate, REFUSED to give it to us. At that point, we found another contractor who put in the same unit at almost the same price-and we now have air! Buyer beware!

We spoke with your insurance adjuster multiple times, it’s not our fault they wouldn’t settle the claim in a more timely manner. We also had multiple conversations with you during the process and let you know where things stood. I gave you a more than a $2000 discount on the new system because of your troubles with the previous system. We have also never in 30+ years given a customer a price breakdown of what our equipment and labor costs us. If you aren’t comfortable with our pricing we always tell people to get 2-3 estimates to compare. The decision is ultimately up to you to pick a company you are comfortable with servicing your system and at price you like. Neither of those things you were comfortable with so we decided to go our separate ways. We sincerely wish you and Rocky the best and hope you are happy with your new system.
